RMA Clearance Form

ALL WSSC Volunteers Need To Complete The Washington State Youth Soccer Risk Managment Application! The Washington State Youth Soccer Risk Management Application must be filled out completely and properly submitted before any volunteer may begin working as a volunteer of the WSSC.

As a volunteer with the WSSC (coach, manager, board member) the process to get your RMA submitted is to click on Register. Scroll to the bottom of the page, select the Register button. You then choose to register as a coach/manager by clicking the link to coach registration, or click on the general RMA application for board members and volunteers. Completing either link will automatically submit your RMA for you and will update WSSC registration system with your RMA number and status.

Check your email address for a link to the status of your RMA application. You can use the link to view your RMA status, when your card has been printed or if further information is required (such as a fingerprint).
