The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the West Seattle Soccer Club will be held from 7:00pm to 8:30pm on Monday, March 15, 2010, at Grace Church - 10323 28th Avenue SW, Seattle, WA 98146
Shall the Bylaws of the West Seattle Soccer Club be amended to allow changes to the established Board of Directors (BOD)?
Specifically, shall the number of Commissioners elected to the BOD increase from five (5) to six (6) Commissioners effective 15 March 20109, and shall the Term of Office for the Commissioners be changed from one (1) year terms to two (2) year terms. Three (3) Commissioners would be elected in odd years and three (3) Commissioners would be elected in even years.
Reason for Change
- Promote continuity and consistency on the elected board by reducing the potential turnover of board positions in any given year.
Shall the Bylaws be amended to update references and correct technical errors posted in the 2009 revision?
