WSSC Sponsorship Program

In June 2007, the WSSC Board approved a club sponsorship program. If you are interested in partnering with WSSC through this program, please review the objectives, guidelines and giving levels below. You can download a sponsorship form, fill it out, sign and mail to our P.O. Box. Please direct questions to wsscboard@gmail.com. Thanks!

You have the opportunity to sponsor our club at three (3) giving levels.

Tier One: The Local Cup, with a donation of $250.
Receives special recognition on WSSC web site (with link to your business web site) and newsletter (two issues per year).

Tier Two: The National Cup, with a donation of $500.
Receives special recognition on WSSC web site (with link to your business web site), business logo in the WSSC newsletter (1/8 page or the size of a business card; two issues per year), and a certificate of appreciation.

Sponsorship Objectives

1. Enhance community involvement.
2. Raise awareness of youth soccer.
3. Provide a vehicle to raise funds for large projects.
4. Improve quality of equipment and fields.
5. Fund player and coaches clinics and educational programs.
6. Create scholarships for needy families.
7. Underwrite cost of the newsletter and other promotional materials.

Sponsorship Guidelines

1. WSSC wants to be represented by family-friendly establishments.
2. We oppose representation by alcohol and tobacco products.
3. Sponsorship does not permit sponsor to have any rights/responsibilities in the operation of WSSC, teams, coaches, managers or players.
4. Sponsor cannot use the term official sponsor toward any one field/team or individual involved with specific monies given.
5. Sponsor can be located outside of West Seattle area.
