Please join us for our Mandatory Spring Coaches' Meeting and the West Seattle Soccer Club Annual General Meeting (AGM)!

It is our expectation that ALL West Seattle Soccer Club Coaches attend the mandatory meeting associated with their age group. Team jerseys and equipment for the Spring Season will be distributed at this meeting ONLY.

If you cannot attend for any reason please send a team representative to this meeting!

2020 Champions League Spring Season

2020 HSA Champions League Spring Season
(Team names will be assigned from one of the 16 finalists in the UEFA 2020 Champions League)

PLEASE NOTE: Players and Teams will NOT be promoted an age group this spring. Example: A Fall 2019 U10 team will play in the U10 age group during the Spring 2020 Season.

  • 8-game season (Sundays). First game is April 19; Last game is June 14.
  • Games will be played on Mother's Day. No Games will be played on the weekend of the Memorial Day holiday.
  • Age groups: U-06 to U-12
  • Spring Fee: $75 for U-06 to U-12 players.
  • Includes Champions League Jersey.
  • Mandatory Coaches Meeting Thursday, April 9th (TBD) - Uniforms will be distributed during the meeting ONLY.
  • If Coaches cannot attend for any reason they must send a representative from their team to attend the full meeting.
  • Registration closes March 2 (late registrations placed on Waitlist)

Spring Season 2020 FAQ's

What Ages Can Participate?

  • Players Register by Birth Year
  • U-06 (Players must be under 6 during 2019) through U-12 (players must be Under 12 during 2019)
  • New This Spring: We will NOT promote players and teams during our 2020 spring season. For example, if your player participated in the U-08 age group during the recent fall season, you will register your player for the same U-08 age group this spring.
  • NOTE: older teams, view 2020 spring league options HERE.

How Much Does It Cost To Play?

  • $75 for U-06 to U-12 players (Refs provided for U-08 and older games; coach/player training provided for U-06 & U-07 age groups)
  • Every player will receive a team jersey they will keep after the conclusion of the season.

  • 8-Game Season

When Will Games Be Played?

  • View Schedules. (To be posted on or by March 29th)
  • All games for the Spring 2020 season will be played on Sundays - April 19, 26; May 3, 10, 17; June 7, 14
  • No games on the Memorial Day Weekend (May 26)

Where Will Home Games Be Played? (Spring 2020 Tentative)

  • Coed U-06 & U-07 @ Southwest Athletic Center (Sealth Stadium)
  • U-08 @ Riverview South
  • U-09 @ Fairmont Park and Roxhill South
  • U-10 @ Walt Hundley
  • U-11 @ EC Hughes
  • U-12 @ Highland Park

What Time Will Games Be Played?

  • All games begin at 12:30pm, 2:00pm, 3;30pm, and (if necessary) 5:00pm
  • Schedules to be posted a week prior to first game.

Are The Rules Different During The Spring?

  • We will be playing with the same rules we use during the Fall Season for age groups U-06 to U-12.
  • 3-goal Courtesy Rule. A team down 3 goals may add a player.
  • No heading U-11 and younger

I am interested in Coaching, how do I register?

  • Review the Coaches Corner page and click the link in the right margin of the page to register.
  • New to coaching? Our spring season is the perfect time to jump in. There are no required practices and for younger teams (coed U-06 and U-07) WSSC provides a short training session prior to each Sunday game led by professional trainers who will guide you and provide fun and age-appropriate activities.
