District III Coaches - Update on DIII Game Sheets and Player Cards...

Instructions:
1. Enter information on White Page and the Pink and Yellow Copies automatically update.
2. Change printer settings to 2 pages per sheet when printing -

Preliminary schedules will be posted on the District III website by the end of August, http://www.wsysad3.org/
Please keep in mind that there are usually quite a few changes in the first few weeks after posting, so be sure to keep checking back, even during the season. A revision number next to your age group and division tells you if there have been any changes.
IMPORTANT - The veteran district coaches already know this, but for U-12 and the newer coaches, District coaches are required to contact their opponents to communicate their home field and game time assignments (contact info is listed on the schedules). They are also required to provide directions to the field and confirm the match 72 hours in advance.
Schedule Changes - Any team requesting a schedule change must complete a District III Reschedule Form in ADVANCE - www.wsysad3.org/by_laws/reschedule_form.php - so that both teams agree to the change.
Teams MUST accommodate reschedule requests for the Recreational Cup State Tournament. All other change requests require agreement from both teams. For your away games, if they don't tell you, you will need to contact the other coach to find out the time and location for your away games.

Some key things to know:
- The HOME team is responsible to assure that the field is properly lined, and to provide a game ball for the match. If there is a color conflict the HOME team must change colors. For this reason, we suggest that you ask your opponents about their home and travel colors in advance. You should also have the players bring an alternate jersey just in case.
- After the match, District III teams are required to log into the site to report the final score of the match - win, lose, or draw. Any errors should be reported immediately.
- We also encourage all District III Coaches to register as a coach on the TRIAS website (our referee assignment site) - www.triassoccercentral.org. This site will allow you to verify that match officials have been assigned. Note that the failure of an official to appear will NOT constitute canceling a match. A substitute official must be chosen upon agreement from both team coaches and his/her decisions will be final. The site also provides coaches with an opportunity to evaluate the match officials and provide constructive feedback.
