Annual General Meeting (AGM) - Overview
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) shall be held for the purpose of reporting on the past year's activities, and electing the Board of Directors.
The AGM shall take place during the first quarter of each year. Notification and agenda of this meeting shall be posted on the Club website thirty (30) days prior to the AGM date.

Time: 7:00-8:30 p.m. (AGM is held first, followed by coaches meeting)
